3. Property Listings

Listings displayed in the app are sourced from Thai Nexus partner websites and are provided for informational purposes only. Prices, availability, and details may change without notice. Thai Nexus makes no warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of any listing.

4. Residency and Visa Information

The residency and visa guidance provided in this app is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Immigration rules change frequently. You should consult a qualified Thai immigration lawyer or official government sources before making any visa or investment decisions. Thai Nexus accepts no liability for decisions made based on information in the app.

5. Document Vault

The Document Vault feature allows you to store personal documents. You are solely responsible for the content you upload. Thai Nexus stores your files securely but accepts no liability for loss of data due to technical failure. We recommend keeping independent backups of all important documents.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software in this app is the property of Thai Nexus Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Thai Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or missed investment opportunities.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts. The contracting entity is Thai Nexus Point Co., Ltd.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
