Thai Nexus Property is a property search and residency guidance platform operated by Thai Nexus Point Co., Ltd., based in Hua Hin, Thailand. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data - your name and email address, provided when you register.
• Saved properties - properties you favourite are stored linked to your account.
• Documents - files you upload to the Document Vault are stored securely and are only accessible by you.
• Usage data - anonymous event tracking (pages visited, features used) to improve the app. No personally identifiable information is included.

3. Device Permissions

This app may request the following device permissions:

• Location - only if you choose to use map features. We do not store or transmit your location to our servers.
• Camera / Photo Library - only when uploading documents to the Vault. Files are uploaded directly to secure storage and not shared.
• Internet access - required to load property listings and app content.

All permissions are optional where possible. You can revoke them at any time in your device settings.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and personalise your experience (saved properties, vault documents).
• To improve the app based on aggregate usage patterns.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Document Vault files are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are only retrievable by your authenticated account. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via the Profile page. Upon deletion, your saved properties and documents are permanently removed.

7. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Google Fonts - for typography (subject to Google's privacy policy).
• OpenStreetMap / CartoDB - for map tiles. No personal data is sent.
• WhatsApp - contact links open WhatsApp externally. We do not control WhatsApp's data practices.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@thainexus.co.th or use the delete account feature in the Profile page.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
