This is the latest Luxury Villa and Pool development from the successful Malaysian based and Multi National global developer with great success with similar projects in Australasia, China, Malaysia and the USA. This luxury pool villa development is set within lands having stunning views of lakes over to mountains and local countryside with the most amazing sunsets in the evening. The Development has shared almost 30% of the Land within the fully serviced gated Community to provide space between, across and behind the Private Pool Villas that gives a great example that Developments and land plots don’t always have to have straight lines and straight rows and that natural contours can be achieved with the right land and planning. They offer 3 different designs of villa, all come with too numerous to list high quality features as well as a build quality second to none. Most Homes/Villas will have “water’ adjoining the property. All will have direct access. All villas include fitted kitchens, skylights, high ceilings, natural light, easy fresh air circulation/ventilation, luxury bathrooms, air conditioning units and are complete with wireless internet.
