A separate guest toilet sits beside the kitchen, which keeps visitors out of the bedroom wings during gatherings. The 3.5 bathroom count comes from these three en suites plus the guest facility. Pool, Sauna and Wellness Areas The private swimming pool measures 9 x 3.5 m and runs on chlorine treatment, with an integrated jacuzzi for evening use. The second floor holds a dedicated sauna room and an outdoor bathtub, giving the villa a wellness setup that most rental properties in the Black Mountain area do not include. Above that, the rooftop terrace has a prepared seating area suited to sunset views over Hin Lek Fai. Entertainment and Living Space The living room is configured as a karaoke and entertainment room, and a large covered outdoor area accommodates a pool table alongside a dining setup. The generous 400 sqm footprint means entertaining space is not carved out of everyday living space, which is the practical difference between this villa and smaller three bedroom rentals at a similar monthly rate. Kitchen and Utilities The European kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave and electric stove. A washing machine is installed, and internet service is already connected throughout the house. Two parking spaces are provided on the property. Location and Nearby Attractions The villa sits in Hua Hin West within the Black Mountain area of Hin Lek Fai. Black Mountain Golf Course and Black Mountain Water Park are both close by, making the position practical for golfers and for families with children who use the water park regularly.
